At Bella Essence, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our store.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales, promotions or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping provider and circumstances outside our control.
Typical delivery estimates are:
● Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
● Express shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch, where available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Bella Essence may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free-shipping conditions will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
4. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Bella Essence is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider after an order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
Bella Essence is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Authority to Leave
Depending on the shipping provider and delivery location, your order may be left in a safe place if authority to leave has been provided or if the carrier determines that it is appropriate.
Bella Essence is not responsible for loss or damage after an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout or left in accordance with the delivery instructions.
7. Delayed, Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking the shipment.
If an order is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, Bella Essence may arrange a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
Please contact us promptly if your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it.
8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
● Your order number.
● A description of the damage.
● Clear photos of the packaging and damaged products.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
9. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Bella Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border authorities or international shipping providers.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
